Send the facts needed to understand the issue.

A useful request identifies the affected plan, device, order, app, or top-up and explains the last action that worked. Include only non-sensitive references visible in your account. Never send a password, private key, seed phrase, full authentication code, or card information. Those details are not needed to investigate a plan, installation, device, or funding question.

Good context leads to a useful answer.

Plan or compatibility question

State the plan you are considering, how many separate environments you need, and the exact app actions that matter. For an app, name the essential feature, sign-in method, and permission or device dependency you know about. For Snapchat, explain which step needs clarification: installation, permissions, sign-in, or the project action after sign-in.

Order or device question

Include the order or device reference shown in your account, the current status, the device name or purpose, the action you attempted, and the last successful step. If an app is involved, include its name and the visible error wording without adding credentials or one-time codes. A short sequence of events is more useful than a general statement that the device does not work.

Cryptocurrency top-up question

Include the top-up request reference, selected currency, network, amount, public transaction identifier, time sent, and current status. First confirm that the destination matches the fixed address displayed in the top-up flow. Never share a private key or seed phrase; ownership secrets cannot help confirm a transfer and must remain private.
