HandsetGrid · Customer information
Terms of Service
The terms below explain how accounts, hosted Android orders and payments work. Read them alongside the plan selected at checkout.
Crypto payment and no-KYC purchase scope
HandsetGrid offers no kyc in the current service purchase flow. No identity document or selfie is requested for account creation, cloud and hosted physical phone orders, or wallet deposits in our current service purchase flow.
An account, name, email address and password are required. Direct checkout asks for first and last name. Account, order and payment records are retained as described in the privacy policy.
No KYC does not mean anonymous or account-free use. App publishers, banks, wallets and exchanges may apply their own identity checks. No operator KYC thresholds or exceptions are documented here; confirm any conditions specific to your order.
HandsetGrid accepts the following configured payment pairs: BTC on Bitcoin; ETH on Ethereum mainnet; USDT on Ethereum (ERC20); USDC on Ethereum (ERC20); SOL on Solana; TRX on Tron; USDT on Tron (TRC20); LTC on Litecoin. Wallet deposits range from $20.00 to $5,000.00 per deposit. This transaction limit is not a KYC exemption threshold and does not set the direct plan price. Use the exact asset, network, amount, address and expiry on the payment request. Blockchain or exchange withdrawal fees may be additional. Payment review and device activation are manual and separate; confirm availability and timing before paying.

Using the service
The storefront describes planned access to hosted Android environments after manual fulfilment. Cloud phone plans list a device allowance and monthly price. The USA physical Android service uses real Android phones hosted in the United States, priced per phone per month; checkout records the selected quantity and total. Neither offer automatically creates a device or sets an access date. A fulfilled cloudphone is intended to be accessed through a browser whose compatibility you have confirmed and an internet connection; it is not a physical phone shipped to you. Third-party app accounts, mobile subscriptions and paid app licences are not included unless expressly listed.
Your account
Provide an email address that you control and keep your account details accurate. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for protecting your password. Do not share passwords or recovery codes in support requests. Automatic password-reset emails are unavailable; if you suspect unauthorized access, contact support for the current recovery route.
Orders and service access
Review the product type, cloud device allowance or physical phone quantity, monthly total, and activation arrangements before ordering. Payment confirmation records an order, but automatic cloudphone provisioning and delivery are not connected. Keep the order reference and contact support for the current fulfilment route; do not assume that a paid order provides a device or access date.
Prices and crypto payments
Plan prices are displayed in USD. A payment request specifies the cryptocurrency, network, receiving address, exact amount and quote expiry. Send only the specified asset on the specified network. Wallet or exchange withdrawal fees may be additional. A transfer to the wrong network or an expired request may require investigation and is not automatically matched to your order.
Monthly service and renewal
Plan prices are quoted for monthly service periods. Confirm the fulfilment route and actual service start and end dates rather than treating payment time as the access start. Sending a cryptocurrency payment does not grant permission to withdraw funds automatically from your external wallet. Contact support before the end of a fulfilled service period if you need help with renewal or wish to stop using the service.
Apps and third-party services
You use third-party apps under their own terms, account requirements and privacy policies. App publishers can change compatibility or require additional account verification. Cloudphone access does not guarantee that an external account will be accepted, verified or remain unrestricted. You remain responsible for licences and permissions required to use your apps and content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access accounts without permission, steal data, distribute malware, deceive others, infringe intellectual property or send abusive traffic. Do not attempt to compromise another customer’s device, the hosting infrastructure or a third-party service. Activity that threatens the service or violates applicable requirements may lead to restrictions or suspension while it is reviewed.
Your files and service changes
Keep independent copies of files and recovery information you need. Before stopping a subscription, request guidance on retrieving your data and the applicable device retention schedule. Access can be affected by maintenance, connectivity problems or changes to third-party applications. Contact support for a service issue rather than repeatedly creating new orders.
Cancellations, refunds and support
The Refund Policy describes how to submit a cancellation or payment review request. Include the relevant order and payment references. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Questions about an order, the service provider or these terms can be submitted through the contact page.
