Plans and device organization
Plans and device organization
How many cloud phones does each plan include?
Essential includes 1 Android cloud phone, Plus includes 3, and Workspace includes 8. Use the live pricing page for current monthly amounts.
How should I choose between one, three, and eight devices?
Make a device map. Give each proposed environment a purpose, essential app list, browser tasks, and account context. One complete row points to Essential; up to three points to Plus; and a defined larger map points to Workspace. Do not count an app as a separate device unless the app belongs in a genuinely separate context.
Does a larger plan mean faster or more powerful hardware?
The stated plan differences are device count and price. If your workflow depends on a specific Android version, resource level, region, or device feature, confirm it before paying.
When will browser access be available?
Confirm current activation availability and expected timing before payment. Payment confirmation records the order; browser access begins after the cloud phone is activated for your account.
Can I choose real Android hardware instead?
Yes. HandsetGrid also offers a physical Android phone hosted in the USA for $15 per month per phone. It is separate from the virtual cloud phone plans, and activation timing must be confirmed before payment.

Does Snapchat work on HandsetGrid?
Yes. Snapchat compatibility is confirmed. App features, releases, and account requirements vary, so check the compatibility page and test the exact action your workflow needs.
Can I install other Android apps?
HandsetGrid supports a broad range of Android apps. Check installation, sign-in, permissions, required device features, and the exact action for every must-have workflow.
How do I access the Android environment?
After activation, open the assigned cloud phone from your browser. Protect the account and browser session used to connect, especially on a shared computer.
How is this different from a local Android emulator?
A local emulator runs on your own computer and uses its resources. A HandsetGrid cloud phone runs Android remotely and is controlled through your browser after activation.
Cryptocurrency top-ups and help
Cryptocurrency top-ups and help
How do I add balance?
Open the top-up flow, choose a supported cryptocurrency, and copy the fixed address displayed for that asset. Verify the currency, network, destination, and amount before sending. Keep the payment reference and use Check payment status to follow the transfer. The balance updates after manual review confirms the payment, not simply when the transfer is broadcast.
Can I pay with a credit or debit card?
No. Card payments are not offered. Do not enter or send card details through a contact message or another field. Use only a supported cryptocurrency and the current fixed address shown inside the top-up flow.
Why can a top-up remain pending?
Pending means the transfer has not completed manual payment review or still needs to be matched to the request. Compare the selected currency, network, destination, amount, and transaction identifier with your transfer record. If they match and the status does not change, send those non-secret details with the top-up request reference when asking for help.
What should I do with a fixed receiving address?
Copy it from the current top-up screen and verify the beginning and end before sending. Use it only with the supported asset and network displayed for that flow. Do not replace it with an address from an unrelated message. A support request may need the public transaction identifier, but it never needs your private key or seed phrase.
